SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Qualifications

  • High School diploma
     
  • At least one year of previous customer service related experience preferred
     
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
     
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
     
  • A passion for excellence in service and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Start your day off with a smile
     
  • Provide customer support on inbound calls, emails, or chat
     
  • Identify solutions to defuse customer frustration to minimize escalations to Team Leads and Managers whenever possible
     
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and company team members
     
  • Adhere to call center metrics
     
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance and punctuality
